How to set an external ringtone on Windows phone Mango

Its been over a week that MANGO has been rolling out on the Windows Phones and still people are wondering what are the possible changes and features available.All of us have heard that there is an external ringtone feature in Mango, but very less know how to set it. This is a small tutorial wherein I am going to show you how can we set an external ringtone.

Considering you already have ZUNE installed on your PC we go ahead.

*NOTE :- The song which you want to be set as ringtone should not be more than 1MB. So before transferring either cut or compress your clip

• Open Zune, click on  Collection >> Music.
• Click on the option SONGS on the right hand corner top in ZUNE as shown in screenshot below.
  
• Ones this is done place your song in ZUNE and change the GENRE to Ringtone as shown in the screenshot below.
  
• Now ones this is done, disconnect your phone and navigate to.
• Settings >> Ringtone+Sounds >> Ringtone >> Custom
• You can just see the ringtone there you placed in ZUNE.
