There are still many things that Iphone is missing over Android phones yet i don’t know why people say that Iphones are better. Still live wallpapers are available in for the android versions of 2.1 and above and now Iphone has iOS 4.x and there is no integration of live wallpaper. Still if you wish to have such live wallpapers on iphone here is the trick to do so.
Instructions:-
You need to have a jailbroken Iphone or Ipod for this.
Step 1: Start “Cydia” on your iPhone/iPod touch.
Step 2: Touch on “Manage” tab on the bottom.
Step 3: Now touch on “Sources” as seen in the screenshot below:

Step 4: Touch on “Edit”, and then on “Add”. You should now be prompted to enter a url source as seen in the screenshot below. Type http://i.danstaface.net/deb and tap on“Add Source”.

Cydia will now automatically update your sources by following a series of automated steps.

Step 5: After installation is completed. Search for “vWallpaper” (if you are on iOS 4.x) or “vWallpaper for OS3” (if you are on iOS 3.x) in Cydia and install it.
Now just run the iphone app and you can have live wallpapers on your iphone too.

I’m sorry but since Verizon got the iPhone the only ones buying Android phones are just looking for a cheap alternative. It was pretty proven when the $50 iPhone 3GS outsold all new Android phones. It people didn’t care about price and Android was better, they’d of gotten Android.
Now people can praise Android all the way and praise iOS all the way but when it comes down to it, Android is just poorly made. It’s fragmented which is one reason some developers hold off from developing for it. It can get malware, it’s harder to root an Android phone than jailbreak and iOS device. iOS devices get more updates with new features per device than Android. Android updates are also up to manufacturer rather than Google so not all Android devices are guaranteed any updates. Also seeing as many phone makers make Android phones, Android is developed the way they want meaning they can add crap that makes Android sluggish like Motorola with MotoBlur and all the crapware Android has pre-installed.
Yes Android does get some features before iDevices get them but usually their poorly executed. Like getting 4G phones. Yeah they beat iPhone to the punch but they also suck up a ton of battery and like Apple said they won’t release a 4G phone until battery issue is fixed.
And almost any other feature Android has you can find a jailbroken app that does it for iDevices like Frash which adds flash to iOS.
I have an Android phone I got in 2009 and it’s crap, it was slower and crashed more than my iPod Touch 2G. Now tell me how can a phone 1 year newer have more issues? Aren’t newer devices supposed to me more stable?
