6 steps to save your orkut account being hacked

Hey guys i recently got many complaints from my colleagues that their orkut account is being accessed by someone else. They also told me that, their scrapbook is being used by someone else and scrapping other friends. Hence i decided to take out solution for the same. I am trying to resolve this issue till then certain essential steps are to be taken.

You might have undergone with certain community links like ( http://www.okrut.com/Community.aspx?cmm=22910233 ) , please do not visit this links unless it is known to you. It is OKRUT and not ORKUT. If you click on this link will redirect you to the illegal and fake login page. This will result in loosing your password.

You might have undergone with some JavaScript where you will have to copy and paste it to the address bar. Do not do it unless your are sure of same link. Once you have done this , your will loose your password.

If any person has the knowledge of your gmail or yahoo id, password, he can simply hack your orkut password by Forget password link.

I also came through the NEW FEATURES for orkut page. It will ask you for the id and password and redirect you to some other page, this will result in loosing of your password.

The most famous and popular hack of orkut is of stealing others password. Well known by fake login page. Users eventually are redirect to the page where they have to enter their id and password. This results in the loss of password.
