Airtel tips and tricks

Hey guys i have come up with some more airtel tips and tricks check out.

1. Double recharge on airtel:- Double recharge trick for all mobile networks. its very simple.but if you have two simcards of the same network and then you can enjoy double recharge each time you get a recharge card.this recharge hack works for airtel,vodaphone,cellone bsnl,idea,reliance,aircel and all mobile networks present in india. recharge procedures vary from network to network,but note that time should not miss,the requesting for recharge should be done at the same time in both the mobiles.
2. Caller tune:- Dial 543211 and Reach till Manage my Subscription.
   Then subscribe for one year pack,make sure you have balance of atleast 55 then only you can use this service
   Activate 1 year pack .
   Your balance will become -30.




3. Free SMS:- Just Go to message settings and change Message Centre no. to:
   +919845086020
   or
   +919810051905
   Maharastra users.. Just change ur message centre No. to +919898051916
   And enjoy free smsing.
   NOTE : If the number is not working try after removing +91 from the number.
4. Increase GPRS speed:- This trick is about how to increase the speed of airtel dsl DNS servers so that we experience increased speed in gprs and airtel broadband connections.since sometimes it tooks about 4 seconds for a query or it gets timed up due to the overload of the airtel server.So i started using OpenDSN server – which is a free and powerful DNS service. Use following DNS server address:

   Code:
   Preferred DNS server: 208.67.222.222
   Alternate DNS Server: 208.67.220.220

   HOW TO DO THIS:

   1. Click on Start button > Settings > Control Pannel> Network Connections
   2. Right click on YOUR “airtel dialup connection” or your Internet connection,
   Click on Properties button.
   3. iN general TAB, Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
   4. Click on Properties button and Look for Preferred DNS Server:
   5. Enter the following values there,
   - 208.67.222.222
   - 208.67.220.220
   AND KEEP….OBTAIN IP ADDRESS AS AUTOMATIC.
   6. Save and close the windows. If you are using old version of windows you may need to reboot the system…
